wow. its day 7 of taiwan immersion already! one week went by just like that! o man. really sad.
today's breakfast was some salad sandwich thing. gross.
after that was com lesson. SUPER slack. haha. (those that i talked to on msn will know what i mean) and my class added everyone on msn and opened one convo with everyone in it. then it was mass spamming session. this guy, marcus i think, kept spamming 'powder', 'powder' and more 'powder' until everyone got so fed up with him. it was only like 10minutes later that i realised he wanted to borrow washing powder from my room. GAH. some people. o yeah, previously this same group of guys went up to the 11th floor without washing powder. they had to borrow from us. then they had to borrow more from us today. gah.
after com lesson was lunch. we had lunch in some random meeting room in school today as the restaurant would be really crowded. so then the teachers kept suaning us that they ate roasted chicken while they were out and while we were having computer lessons. gah. NOT FAIR. but the teachers also brought back this HUGE cake to celebrate the birthdays of people that are born in november and december. haha. and everyone ate a slice. including the teachers, who all became high from the sugar. because there were quite alot of leftovers, the teachers kept announcing for their fellow collegue to come and eat the cake. haha. they were laughing so hard that they ended up with stomachache and tears. haha.
after that was around 130pm. we were going out to the night market at 4pm. so, my roommates and i went to go do our laundry. we nicely lent the sec2 guys our washing powder. while washing, cuier and i played pool against the sec2 RI guys. o man, they're really good. but we got better along the way! haha. we only lost the game because the guys hit the black ball in. we had already cleared all our normal coloured ones. so we only lost by a point. haha. getting ALOT better already.
we assembled at 4pm to go out to the night market. we were given until 8pm to shop and eat. we had to stick to our roommates. the teachers didnt follow us around. they went off on their own. we went to shop and realised that most of the items here, are priced the same as singapore. i bought socks that were 6 pairs for SGD$5. SUPER good buy! and they were really nice. we really walked around the entire night market alot. we went to his guo tie shop for dinner. no rice/ noodles. just dumplings. haha.
then we came back to the dorm. followed by more discussion about our upcoming karaoke competition. we're meeting at 6am tomorrow to continue discussion. WHAT. so ridiculous. and we're going out the entire day tomorrow! we're going to yi lan! haha.
